Innovative training support programme attracts world's leading athletes
Innovative software based on the expertise of Loughborough University Sports Scientist, Dr Vern Neville, that tells athletes if they are training too hard or not hard enough is receiving excellent reviews from many of the world’s leading athletes. To date more than 40 world championship athletes are using or endorsing the web-based tool founded on Dr Vern Neville’s research into the science of recovery.

Researcher Award from the British Association of Sports and Exercise
Sciences (BASES) after an impressive presentation at the annual conference
titled: "Optimising arm-crank configurations: Testing the most
powerful upper-body athletes in sport", which reflected on his research into
grinders in professional big-boat sailing.

New to the team is Zimbabwean born Vern Neville, a top athlete who grew up in South Africa and later became a professional sailor. Neville was a grinder with Italian Louis Vuitton Cup finalists Luna Rossa in the 2007 America's Cup and previously with the America's Cup challenger, Team Prada.
